PSBLOAN is a digital loan marketplace and assisted loan-processing platform. We facilitate loan discovery, eligibility assessment, and application processing by connecting customers with participating banks, NBFCs, and Housing Finance Companies.

PSBLOAN is not a lender. We do not directly provide, sanction, or disburse loans. All lending decisions, interest rates, charges, and terms are determined solely by the respective lending institution.

3. Eligibility

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of India. By submitting information through our platform, you represent that the information provided is accurate and complete.

4. No Guarantee of Loan Approval

Eligibility checks and lender matching provided by PSBLOAN are indicative only. They do not constitute a guarantee, promise, or commitment of loan approval. The final decision on loan approval, amount, interest rate, and terms rests entirely with the respective lender.

5. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information
• Not misrepresent your identity, income, or financial position
• Not submit forged or fraudulent documents
• Keep your account credentials confidential
• Not use the platform for any unlawful purpose

6. Data Sharing with Lenders

By submitting a loan application through PSBLOAN, you consent to your information being shared with the selected lending partner(s) for the purpose of loan processing. This sharing is done only with your explicit consent and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Charges

Any charges applicable from PSBLOAN will be clearly communicated before they apply. Lender charges (processing fees, documentation charges, etc.) are separate and as per the respective lender's policies.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, logos, and materials on the PSBLOAN website are our property or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

PSBLOAN shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to loan rejection, delayed processing, or lender actions.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in the city wherePSBLOAN is registered.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
