Role of Lenders

The actual loan is sanctioned and disbursed by the respective bank, NBFC, or Housing Finance Company. PSBLOAN facilitates the process, but all credit decisions, interest rates, charges, and terms are determined solely by the respective lender. PSBLOAN is not the lender unless the legal/business structure specifically permits it.
